What should I do if you don't have what I need in stock?

We have a vast quantity of stock. Be it parts or cabinets it is very unusual that we wouldn't have what you need in stock. Naturally our used refrigerated cabinets undergo refurbishment prior to being listed and on that basis take some time to appear on our website. If you have a specific need, please contact us.

When should I expect my item/s to be delivered?

Once we have received your order it will be processed through our system. We will schedule your delivery and update the order status in your Bond account. You can log in at any time and view the status of all your orders. Should we schedule a delivery that is inconvenient please inform us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery quoting your order number.

How does opening an account benefit me?

Being an account holder benefits you in a number of ways. Most importantly you will receive 10% discount on all orders as a registered account holder. When you come back to us and purchase further equipment you won't have the hastle of entering in all your details again. Just log in and away you go!

How do I open an account?

Simply click on the 'My Account' tab and click on the green 'Register now' button. Fill in all your details once and you're good to go! You can log in at any time and amend your log in details.

How do I arrange special delivery?

Should you need your equipment in less than 10 working days or if your delivery address falls outside of our free delivery terms, please contact us prior to ordering your equipment. In order to accurately quote for your special delivery please ensure you tell us what the item is (using it's product code) the delivery address and your desired time scale.
